We are based in Yiwu, Zhejiang, China and provide B2B procurement coordination services for overseas buyers sourcing fashion jewelry, hair accessories, and related packaging.

This Notice covers website visitors, prospective customers, customer representatives, and other business contacts whose personal information we process for our services.

• Project and payment records: agreed instructions, approvals, agency-fee invoices, payment references, and relevant shipping or customs information.
• Website information: technical request information handled by the hosting provider, and sourcing selections stored locally in your browser session.

We receive information directly from you, through the services used to contact us, and where necessary from authorized business contacts or project partners.

Required form fields are identified when information is collected. Without essential details, we may be unable to respond or perform the requested work. Optional fields are not required simply to submit an inquiry.

Please do not submit payment-card details, passwords, unrelated identity documents, or sensitive personal information through the inquiry form. If you provide another person's details, ensure you have an appropriate basis to share them.

5. Website Hosting & Browser Storage

This static website does not include analytics scripts, advertising trackers or an embedded third-party inquiry form. The hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP address, browser information and access time, to deliver and secure the website.

The site uses sessionStorage to remember selected sourcing references within your browser session. It stores the selection, not the inquiry form answers. Form answers remain in page memory while preparing the message; browser autofill or session-restoration features may retain them under your own browser settings. You can clear browser site data to remove saved selections. Selected product names may appear in the inquiry-page URL; avoid putting personal information in shared URLs.

6. Who Receives Information

Information may be shared as needed for the stated purposes with:

• Relevant email, communications, hosting, or other operational service providers.
• Selected suppliers, using product requirements without identifying contact details where feasible.
• Logistics providers, designated exporters, inspection providers, and other agreed project partners.
